1. Scope of services

Divine Software Systems LLC (DSS) will provide a branded ParishConnect mobile application for the parish. The standard application includes Mass times and announcements, a prayer library and Sunday readings, a priest and staff directory, events and registrations, forms for sacraments and other parish requests, parish bulletins, and parish location and contact information.

The application is intended for publication in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Ministry leads can currently post announcements, events, and gallery images through available ministry tools. DSS will manage other parish content updates on the parish’s behalf at no additional cost. Full parish admin customization is planned but is not part of the currently available service.

2. Project timeline

After approval and receipt of the content needed to begin, DSS anticipates approximately two weeks to apply branding and configure the application. After launch, DSS will provide a two-week period for parishioner feedback and minor refinements. Any timeline extension will be mutually agreed in writing.

3. Investment and support

The standard ParishConnect application costs the parish $0 per month and is supported by advertisers and sponsors. DSS will assist in securing advertisers. Major custom features outside the standard package will be reviewed and quoted separately before work begins.

4. Parish responsibilities

The parish will collaborate in promoting advertising and sponsorship opportunities and respond to design, branding, and content requests within five business days when possible to help maintain the project timeline.

The parish will help promote sponsorship opportunities through its available channels and may recommend potential sponsors or advertisers from its community. The free parish app is not conditional on the parish securing any minimum number of sponsors or advertisers. DSS will provide marketing materials, rate sheets, and technical support for advertiser onboarding.

5. Advertising exclusions

The following advertising categories are excluded: alcohol, tobacco, firearms, reproductive healthcare, Planned Parenthood or similar organizations, LGBTQ lifestyle services, new age resources, and nudity or suggestive content. The parish may update its exclusions in writing.

6. Ongoing support

DSS will provide weekly content updates at no additional cost, bug fixes, and minor updates. Most change requests are free; complex or out-of-scope work will be reviewed and quoted before execution. DSS provides 24/7 technical support, with U.S.-based support during U.S. business hours and Philippine-based support during off-hours.

7. Acceptance

By signing, the representative accepts the terms above on behalf of the parish and authorizes DSS to begin the ParishConnect mobile application project. App personalization materials and content will be requested after this agreement is submitted.
